Reservation Logs
The Reservation change logs help you track who made changes, when they occurred, and what actions were taken on any reservation, such as check-ins, check-outs, or edits to reservation details.
You can find these logs in the Audit / Logs section, which provides a detailed record of all reservation activities.

FAQ
Who can access Reservation Logs?
Access depends on your user permissions. Users with Admin and Reservation Manager rights can view and filter reservation logs.
Are automated system updates also recorded?
Yes. Apaleo records both manual changes made by users (displayed as “Apaleo” in the log under App) and automatic updates triggered by the system or connected applications (for example, a channel manager, shown as “System” in the App column).
Can I download CSV or XLXS file version of the logs?
No. For reservation logs, only PDF version of export is possible.
