Apaleo automatically tracks two main types of updates:

Unit Condition Changes: Shows who changed a unit’s status (clean, dirty, inspected) and when the change was made.

How to Access the Unit Audit Logs:
- In Apaleo, open the Audit / Logs section.
- Navigate to Unit to view all recorded activity.
Log Entry Details:
Each log entry includes key information to help you understand what changed and who made the update:

How long are Unit Audit Logs stored in Apaleo?
Audit logs are retained only 30 days. There is no option to extend this for a longer period of time.
Who can access Unit Audit Logs?
Access to unit audit logs depends on your user permissions. For unit logs, only users with Admin, Reservation Manager, or Housekeeping Manager rights are able to view them.
