Currently apaleo supports the following categories for reservation warnings.
1) Offer is not available
This category marks reservations that were created for a rate plan while this offer was supposed not to be bookable. This can have different reasons:
The unit group is already fully booked
When a reservation gets created or new nights get booked while the unit group is already fully booked it will get this warning attached.
The unit group cannot accommodate the number of persons booked
If one of the unit groups maximum occupancy is smaller than the number of persons, the reservation will get marked with this warning.
The restrictions of the rate plan are not considered
This warning allows you to identify reservations that booked a rate plan outside of the defined booking periods, without considering the min or max advance booking offset or after a defined late booking time.
The surcharges for the number of persons booked are not set in the rate plan
When there is no surcharge defined for the number of persons booked in one of the rate plans while the reservation gets created or new dates are being booked, this warning will be added to the reservation.
The rate plan is not open for sale on this distribution channel
A reservation was booked through a channel that this rate plan is not mapped to.
The rate restrictions for this rate plan are not considered
When a a reservation gets created or amended and some nights are either closed or do have length of stay restrictions the reservation will get this warning attached.
Not all time periods have rates set
This warning shows that a reservation was created or amended and some nights did not have rates set. This results in all the nights without a rate to be set to 0.
2) Automatic unit assignment
This category marks reservations that were extended and had a conflict in the automatic unit assignment that has to be resolved manually.
The automatically assigned unit requires the guest to move to another unit
The unit assigned to the reservation was already taken by another reservation for the added time periods and therefore the system assigned another unit of the same unit group to the added time periods. You have to resolve this conflict manually in the travel dates of the conflicting reservations to avoid a forced room move of the guest during his stay.
