Notify Apaleo Upon Receiving Your Terminal
When you order a terminal through Apaleo, our support team usually pre-configures it by linking the terminal to your POS merchant account and connecting it with your Apaleo Payment settings.
If you notice that the terminal is not linked to your Apaleo account, you can check by verifying the serial number on the back of the terminal (e.g., S/N 347-111-111). If this serial number does not appear under your POS merchant in Apaleo, please inform our support team by submitting a ticket. Be sure to include the terminal's serial number and the name of the POS merchant account you wish to connect it to.
Tip: We typically name terminals as "Terminal 1," "Terminal 2," etc. If you prefer a different naming convention for operational purposes (e.g., "Bar Terminal," "Reception Terminal"), please let us know.
Please note that we can only connect terminals to live accounts. If you need to set up the terminal as a standalone device, kindly reach out to us through a support ticket.
Should you face any issues, please contact our support team.
