As their hotel's in-house Apaleo experts, Apaheroes are responsible for training their teams to use the Apaleo platform.
The Apaleo Customer Success Team is continuously working to better support hotels with their training needs. Here is what we currently offer to our Apaheroes:
- Apahero training during account setup: During the Apaleo onboarding process, Apaheroes attend a live 90-minute training-of-trainers' session with a Customer Success Manager, which covers basic use cases for PMS features.
- Apahero Academy: The Apahero training-of-trainers is only offered to Apaheroes during the onboarding process, with the idea that the Apahero will then train any future Apaheroes for their account. To facilitate this, we share all Apahero training-of-training materials in the "Apahero Academy" section of our Help Center.
- Apahero newsletter: Every month, Apaheroes receive a summary of product and app updates, as well as tips from our Customer Success Team, straight to their inbox.
- Community Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) Sessions: Apaheroes who are members of our Apaleo Community receive invitations to online sessions with other hoteliers and members of the Apaleo Team. These are friendly, informal spaces where Apaheroes can raise any question about the PMS and broader tech stack, and exchange experiences and tips with other hoteliers.
