About this training plan
Once you've set up your training hotel, it's time to create your training plan. Here's the training plan Apaleo uses for its Apahero training, which you can adapt to reflect your operational processes and team structure.
The training comprises four modules, each containing several lessons. As user roles determine what your team can view and do in Apaleo, the target audience is specified for each module. Each lesson contains
- An overview of the topic;
- Practice activities for your team to do in your training hotel; and
- Trainer notes for the Apahero.

Module 1: Reservation management π
Target audience: Reservation Manager and Senior Front Desk. Only the Reservation Manager has the user permissions needed for lessons 5 and 6.
