Once you have adapted the training plan in Step 2 to match your Apaleo platform set up and operational processes, you're all set to roll it out to your team.
Do this in the way that best suits you and your team. Options include:
- Live training: You or a trained team member deliver the "What you need to know" points for each lesson to the relevant team members and observe the practice exercises.
- Self-paced training: Your team goes through the lessons which relate to their role and complete the practice exercises individually. For certain lessons, preparation or follow up from you will still be required - for instance, specific instructions on your check in flow.
- Using these materials as a basis for your own materials or Standard Operating Procedures: If you have custom developments or use a lot of apps, your team will probably not use a lot of the Apaleo-PMS features described in these lessons, or will have a more complex process to follow. In this case, it will be worth adapting these materials to cover your specific use cases.
