Any hospitality business would like to understand how its reservations are contributing to its overall business, and which market segments perform well and which do not.
In Apaleo, you can add market segments to reservations in order to classify them and gather business trends, target customers, and track the revenue generated by each reservation.
How to add a market segment to a reservation
Market segments can be added by specific user roles that have the necessary privileges to manage reservations. These users can select a relevant market segment from the list of available segments of that property (automatically populated for you) and add it to the reservation.
You can summon the market segment details from each reservation in your properties in order to feed a Revenue Management System or other third party applications.
A few recommendations:
