Traces are used for any inter-departmental communication. Traces can be requests/services asked by guests at the time before or during his stay.
Integration of traces in apaleo
A new trace can be added to a reservation in the reservation > select a reservation > traces +Add.
The department receiving the request, enters the new trace with a title and description about the service/request. Additionally, an assigned role is added, the department who should execute the request. If more information is provided, or needs to be changed, the edit button can be used to open the trace again. Once the trace is completed, it shall be marked as complete.
By clicking the button, it will disappear, but can be made visible again in the top left corner.
An overview of all traces can be found under Apps > Traces. Any day can be selected to display every open trace. Yet, this overview cannot be exported for print. A digital format saves paper anyway :)
