You classify an existing property as template. With this template you can easily create new properties with the same settings, inventory and rate plan structure.
Anyone with Account Admin permissions can classify a property as template.
To create a template, you must first create a property, then set it as template.
Using a template
On the Account level, navigate to the properties screen. You can identify the template property by a special icon next to property name. Select the template property and click Clone.
Important: Cloned properties can only be in the same country as a template property.
What is cloned:
- Time slice definitions
- Cancellation policies
- Age categories
- Unit groups
- Unit attributes
- Rate plans (without rates)
- Services
- Custom sub-accounts (if enabled)
- Cancellation and no-show fees
- Payment automation settings
- Automation settings
- Invoice settings
